Hi Eileen, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The mission for OTEL Universe, A Universal Voice, was born out of the need for people to have a voice for their visions, passions and dreams. Over the years of working with musicians and coaching individuals and professionals for the purpose to SPARK the next steps, I realized people simply want to be heard, valued and understood.
I have had my own personal and professional growth by doing a deep dive into who I am, why am I here and what is my purpose. The Core Thinking Blueprint Method came through me one day in the wee hours of 3:00AM, which I later realized was a culmination of all my experiences, what I have learned from the life lessons involved, and who I have become as a result.
Using new knowledge gained , wisdom attained and my own inherent gifts for listening, seeing the big picture and intuiting what another person may need for their own success and growth, I have built a business that empowers, inspires and motivates.
Not only are my clients transformed, but there is an incredible ripple effect that is the catalyst for changing the world and having a positive impact creating success, saving lives, strengthening confidence and developing courage to be the best possible self helping others in return.
Eileen, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Those who know me would say I am a beacon of light and not just a peaceful person, but I represent PEACE. All my life I have had others open up to me, share with me their trials and tribulations, and also their dreams. The development of my professional skills comes from the work I have done to balance my mind, body and spirit, and has enabled me to have a clear understanding of the basic blueprint that makes each individual tick.
With a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology and a creative, right brain focus, I offer out of the box thinking and a perspective that goes beyond the status quo. This happens through re-engineering the brain and upgrading thinking in positive and constructive ways. I offer clients the ability to connect with their authentic self, and determine what they really, really want. This sets them up for aligning with their purpose and passions, leading to the success they envision.
I am a Breakthrough S.P.A.R.K. Coach assisting professionals to go the next level, break through obstacles, and approach life fearlessly. We remove the masks, uncover the limitations and bring forth the self-empowering inner strength to shift experiences for success.
OTEL Universe, A Universal Voice, is a global entity that brings together partners and alliances for a collaborative relationship helping each other/each business to achieve world wide visibility and further connections. I work together with entrepreneurs and small to award winning global businesses on projects and strategic planning.
Our ROKU channels offer a platform for musicians with all original music and for podcast hosts the opportunity to share the stories of their guests and/or their own informative content. As an International ROKU channel developer (along with my husband), I assist in creating a channel for clients and consult with them on their branding.
As a Talk Show Host for OTEL TALK, I interview authors, musicians, celebrities, entrepreneurs and business professionals.
One of my most invaluable passions is writing and teaching. As an Internationally Syndicated Columnist and published Author, I teach life lessons and share insights in my articles and contributions for anthology books. As a teacher my focus is on leadership, mindfulness and communication.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I believe life is the Master Teacher and my trials, tribulations and triumphs are a testament to my resilience. It seems we are given that which we can handle. Sometimes I marvel at the strength I conjure up to persevere and rise above the curve balls that come my way.
Through two challenges prior to the global shut down in 2020, I engaged my will to bring balance back to my life. The debilitating medical challenge, Fibromyalgia, showed me how my weak points were not empowering me. I used my anger at the results of the condition to give that gut centered scream at the universe that I was done. This sent me on a path to healing and seeing the world from another point of view. The second challenge came by way of a spider bite 10 years later, only to put me on another downward spiral I had no control over, so I thought. Again, I turned inward and found the strength to take the necessary steps to overcome the life-threating symptoms. Now, another ten years later, I am a step further up the ladder of success with OTEL Universe and the legacy I am building.
I have learned when we are dealt a blow, we must get back up. I am stronger, wiser, more courageous and determined to stay resilient. OTEL Universe is my gift to myself and others bringing hope and opportunity that may not otherwise be available for those who are seeking to be better, do better and transform.
Without the experiences that brought me to my knees and the shift created through changing my thinking, taking purposeful action and staying centered, I would not have the incredible community surrounding and supporting me and OTEL Universe.
The connection to something greater than myself, as a helping hand and a reminder that I can achieve, do and be anything I put my mind to, has been an amazing part of coming out on the other side. The synchronicities and flow from day to day sometimes is so on point that I am in awe of the beauty of the journey. Although difficult at times, I know those points of stress are the opportunities to recognize I matter and I am capable and deserving of greatness.
How’d you meet your business partner?
My business partner is my husband. We are two peas in a pod and our connection is so incredible that we are as one. We were brought together through mysterious circumstances and like to say it was divinely orchestrated! It was as if we were living parallel lives and step by step we moved closer, without even being aware of the existence of the other.
Looking back, I see all the dots and the systematic connecting. This was achieved both through our individual personal growth and development and the soul’s seeking to be co-joined with another of like mind. The two paths eventually merged in an explosive way, sparks flying and a celebratory like collision.
Once the initial shock of the discovery of this incredible union, we settled into a partnership both in marriage and business that has thrived through the infinitely evolution of our awareness of each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and the skills to forge a stronger bond.
We learned early on to be balanced with each other and with this, we have an amazing ability to work together. As a couple, our combined energies has a positive impact on others and inspires, uplifts and motivates. We feel fortunate to be able to create opportunities through our business that is empowering, and helping others feel valued.
