We caught up with the brilliant and insightful EDDIE MOORE JR a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
EDDIE, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?
White Privilege Conference. Creating a space for DEI Specialists and Practitioners to do their PD Work. Creating a space for leaders in religion, business, education and community to work together on issues of power, privilege and leadership. Lastly to develop a multi generational community committed to seeking truth, speaking truth and taking action. My best WPC story I have is about the first time I’ve been asked to change the name and the number of times since I’ve been asked to change the name. As I always say, the name of the conference is non-negotiable!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
