We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Ebony Goodrich a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Ebony, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?

The biggest risk I’ve ever taken is being my true and authentic self without worrying about the consequences of my existence. Being open about being a mystic and taking pride in my spiritual gifts has brought many people closer while pushing others away. I had to understand that not everyone can see past their learned and preached perspective of mysticism and see the beauty in it.
Leaning into my spiritual gifts allowed me to transform into the person I was born to be. It allowed me to walk into my purpose with confidence and clarity. I’ve always known I was born to help people… but I didn’t know how. When I was offered an opportunity to become a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I jumped at the chance to use my gifts to help people achieve their personal goals. That led to me discovering hidden gifts I didn’t even realize I had. I was able to add energy healing and past life regression to my list of services.
I can’t imagine where I would be if I were still hiding behind the expectations of others. I encourage everyone to drop their mask and walk into their true purpose.

Ebony, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Ebony Goodrich, and I am known on social media as The Past Life Pilot. I’m a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Healer, and I specialize in Past Life Regression. I began my journey in the summer of 2024 when I was offered an opportunity to study for a Spiritual Life Coaching Certification through The Wisdom Network.
I love taking clients on powerful journeys of self-discovery, self-realization, and sometimes closure. Past Life Regression is a spiritual tool that allows you to not only journey to a past life, but have conversations with your former self, receiving answers only they can provide.
As a Spiritual Life Coach, I help my clients draw a metaphysical map from where they are now to where they want to be. I help them determine the steps that must be taken to reach their goals. My objective is to help clients get ready for the wonderful things the universe has in store for them, while providing the coping tools necessary to manage any obstacle placed in their path.
Through Energy Healing, I connect with clients on a soul level to get to the root cause of what ails them, ridding them of the negative energy wreaking havoc upon their physical being. This negative energy can keep you from tapping into the most beautiful parts of yourself. This negative energy has the potential to hide you from your own light.
Healing souls is my Life’s Purpose. Through Past Life Regression, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Energy Healing, I have been able to help multiple clients heal mentally, physically, and spiritually.

If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?

If I could turn back time I would absolutely choose this career. It takes many of us several years to realize their true purpose. I grew up without truly understanding who I am and what I’m capable of. Can you imagine a child understanding and embracing their spiritual gifts without fear of reprimand? I often wonder how different my life would be, had I known who I was at an early age. I am convinced that my career path would not have been such a long and winding road. I would have started coaching and healing and performing past life regressions much sooner.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been word of mouth. In my experience, when one of my clients tells someone about their experience, I gain more clients. I’ve tried juggling multiple social media platforms and gained more frustration than followers. But when my clients speak, people listen. It’s amazing!
