Eboni , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
Graced Moments was birthed as the result of a collection of many defining moments.
Throughout my life, I have consistently provided a safe haven for people from all backgrounds, ensuring they feel valued, forgiven, valid, and worthy. I encourages others to grant themselves patience and grace as they navigate their own paths to becoming their best selves. This stemmed from the transition period when my children were becoming adults and starting their own families. Guiding them through navigating their choices and dreams at a time when the dynamic changed from parenting young children, to being a supportive mother. It is was that period of time when the family dynamic changes knowing each other from role titles to knowing, and respecting each other for who they are they as a person.
Affectionately known as Mama E and Lady E, I extend this to others I come in contact with as it resonates in all relationships and encounters.
My philosophy of grace embodies a lifestyle of inner peace and personal reflection, even amidst the busyness of daily life. “30 Seconds of Grace” was born from a genuine desire to share my journey and the lessons i have learned.
Eboni , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Affectionately known as Lady E, also known as LadyEboni, I present as the insightful voice behind “Graced Moments” and “30 Seconds of Grace,” a brand dedicated to inspiring self-compassion and personal growth. Born into a vibrant, diverse home in New York, I am a Trinidad-American who was blessed with a rich cultural heritage. My multicultural parents and grandparents, rooted in both the South and the Caribbean, provided her with a unique upbringing that spanned New York, Georgia, and Trinidad.
This diverse background instilled in a deep understanding of navigating differences with respect and embracing similarities with love. This core belief forms the foundation of her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, guiding them to find common ground in peace and understanding.

“30 Seconds of Grace” was born from my genuine desire to share my journey and the lessons learned. Through impactful conversations and presentations, I balance a lively, fast-paced approach to life with moments of reflective wisdom and grace. As a sought-after speaker, I spread the message of “30 Seconds of Grace” through speaking engagements, radio segments, podcasts, and more. An e-book and journal are also on the horizon, promising to extend my reach and impact even further.
My philosophy of grace guides me in every aspect of life, emphasizing that grace is not only something we extend to others but also something we must grant ourselves. My life purpose is to guide others toward self-compassion and personal growth through the concept of Graced Moments that evokes reciprocity of grace upon grace across the world.

“30 Seconds of Grace” is a series of short, reflective conversations designed to inspire self-compassion and personal growth. Each episode, hosted by Lady E, offers a moment of introspection, ending with 30 seconds dedicated to giving oneself the grace and kindness we often reserve for others. It’s a peaceful pause in the day, reminding us all to breathe, reflect, and embrace self-grace.
“30 Minutes of Grace” is a deeper reflective practice designed to inspire one to reflect with positive intention, recenter, and restore balance to promote reciprocal grace.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I was a single mother of five (5) children. I continued to pursue my career while raising my children. Despite financial constrictions, environmental distractions, hinderances, and challenges, I managed to raise them in a home that exuded, promoted, and provided a safe space, that where they felt regarded, valued, loved, and supported. We thrived on respecting differences and enjoying similarities, reciprocating grace and living out faith.
