Alright, Eboni thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
What drives me to do the work I’m doing are my kids and our children. I want to be able to help heal and create ways to save our community. After losing my son I had to take that pain and turn it into something positive. 5301graphics came into play. 5301 (represents my kids birthdays)

It’s your girl behind the camera of 5301graphics! Yea You Know I Did That!
I got introduced into the industry by a friend whom I started shooting his work when he seen I was good with my camera (iphone). I’ve done work with many platforms such as LoveLitLuxury, Dirty Talks Podcast, Inside Out Aerial and etc. I also have a platform The Pink Mic Drop which is 1 year old. The battles I encountered was you can’t trust everyone will have the same intentions as you. What pushed me to keep going was an insult so I kept shooting with my iPhone to see how far I could go with it. You also have the problem with wanting support artist but have artists that don’t want to support themselves.
Things I’m working on….I have the Pink Mic Drop Cypher Part 4 coming September 13th. I want to start pushing artist that are dedicated. I’m looking for artist to take to St. Louis, New York and Philly.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele would be attending events and networking where ever you go! You never know who may be at these venues or events. Always promote yourself!
We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
My side hustle is becoming my full time business. A previous relationship I was in he was an artist. I use to attend shows and help get footage just being in the crowd. He realized I was good with my work and it started 5301Graphics. I’ve always been into music and art so why not. Later down the line being lifted off magic The Pink Mic Drop was created. With only being 1 year into the industry I was nominated as best videographer of the year at the OEA’s.
Some of my key milestones would be how I started and the people I’ve worked with thus far. I was shooter/editor of Love Lit Luxury Podcast. Being able to shoot Sexxy Redd, Mariah The Scientist, my guy Mr. Houston himself BeatKing may he continue to rest peacefully and Blakiana. Being able to work with artist around the city and different states have also been a milestone for me because I’m getting to learn new things and ways to help our people grow within the community as outside their craft.
