Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Eboni Calloway. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Eboni , appreciate you joining us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I aspire to create a lasting legacy for future generations. I believe that when I’m no longer present, people will recognize that I lived with a meaningful purpose. My wish is to be remembered for utilizing my wealth, knowledge, resources, and relationships to benefit others.

Eboni , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Eboni Calloway, raised in Harlem, New York. I began my journey managing local musicians and, amid that, founded Hustle Her LLC. Initially focused on selling T-shirts and other products, our direction evolved. Hustle Her is now a multifaceted business, offering management and consulting services, as well as various products and merchandise. Our mission is to aid creatives and entrepreneurs in building a structured foundation while providing mentorship. I take pride in the continuous growth of the brand, translating visions into reality. Our core values center on integrity and genuine intentions, emphasizing trustworthy, and hardworking business practices. We aim to connect with individuals who share a similar mindset among potential clients, followers, and supporters.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Over time, I had to unlearn the constant pursuit of perfection, recognizing its nonexistence. In my earlier years, my ambition was to excel and achieve the utmost in life. Yet, as I gained a deeper understanding of myself and the value I could offer the world, I shifted my focus to trusting the journey rather than fixating on reaching perfection. Embracing mistakes and failures became integral to forming the best version of myself. Had I been perfect, the opportunity to learn and grow would have been limited. I came to the realization that prioritizing progress holds greater importance than the elusive pursuit of perfection.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
I have numerous tips for team management and sustaining high morale, but a crucial one is consistently demonstrating appreciation for your team. Recognizing individuals hard work can elevate morale and significantly enhance overall performance.
