We caught up with the brilliant and insightful E.J. Bridges a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi E.J., thanks for joining us today. Can you share a customer success story with us?
We pride ourselves in providing great customer service. Coming from a retail/customer service background, we work to ensure that our customers are able to be guided through a smooth and seamless process. One instance is forever embedded in our memories. We were introduced to a potential customer, a bride set to be married in a beautiful venue in Upstate, South Carolina. Due to a series of unfortunate events, this bride and groom were without a planner and several vendors, including bartending service. The bride discovered us on “The Knot,” and explained her devastating situation. We were able to step in at a month shy of her big day to provide services. This wedding required a full bar, service and wait staff for champagne for a guest count of 300 people. We made what was a hectic situation, a much stressless one and also one, both she and her now husband will also remember and cherish.

Our staff also have certifications is servicing programs such as TIPS.
We have learned that when you are doing something that you love, it’s fairly easy and less tiresome. However, the path to success has not always been easy. We, as well as many in the service industry, had to navigate through the uncertainty of the global pandemic. Along the past few years, we have persevered by maintaining our client base and increasing our social media platforms to maintain brand awareness. while establishing relationships with those in the industry.

We also can be found on wedding planning sites such as, “The Knot.” In spring 2023, we launched our official website, www.Mazebartending.com, We have worked diligently to ensure that our customers are able to contact and correspond with us through multiple avenues. Throughout the development of MAZE Bartending Service, we have learned that we must be our #1 Fans to achieve success. Having a drive and passion for your craft is vital. If you are willing and dedicated to give 120%, then the limit is truly beyond the skies.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
While we provide an array of services to an even larger array of clientele with diverse needs, our primary clients happen to be soon to be brides and grooms. “Nearlyweds” consult with our team and select their preferred spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages to create a drinks menu tailored to their taste. Our guests can celebrate their special day while sipping a classic cocktail, a glass of bubbly, or their favorite lager, all chosen by the client.
The mobile bartending company caters to groups of all sizes and can service indoor and outdoor events. With our focus on masterfully mixed drinks, and our staff’s professional and personable attitude, MAZE Bartending Service fits seamlessly into weddings of all styles.
