Dylan, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
My mission is to be the most welcoming and accepting nail tech and person, I want to creat a safe space for my clients. I love helping people feel beautiful through their nails. The story behind it all has impacted my mission the most. As a man wanting long nails I have never been to a shop and not been stared at, asked why I wanted my nails long, or felt comfortable. I am a very accepting person but I still found it hard to believe that even sometimes the techs would ask me but now I create the environment I always would’ve wanted. My current clients love the environment I have and the safe space.

Hello, my name is Dylan I am 20 years old. My mom recently told me a story about when I was younger she caught me messing with nail polish and she only found out because I had spilled it everywhere. I also used to paint my friends nails and such and took an interest in the industry. I have been doing nails for about a year, I love what I do. I am the owner of “@K1NGOFNAILS”. I am engaged to my best friend and I would not be where I Am without him. I am very welcoming and accepting person I want to be able to create that environment for others so they feel comfortable when they are in my presence. Above all else I believe people should do what makes them happy. So as a nail tech/business owner I strive to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed!! I started with the simple idea of bringing the best from me to you. I put lots of love and careful thought into all I do. I hope you enjoy all I have to offer, and share the experience with others.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of clients for me are my “NAIL AMBASSADORS” they share and repost all of my work in exchange for discounts/free services. They are the word of mouth of my company they help me spread the word across many social media platforms.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I keep in touch through text or social media whichever they prefer. I also offer loyalty cards to my clients and they love that every 4th service they get 15$ off!
