We recently connected with Dre’gan Feaster and have shared our conversation below.
Dre’gan, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?
Well the reasoning behind my passion and gift for photography & videography is that I feel I’ve been guided and lead to it by Jesus my lord and savior to use this platform to one glorify him and two serve people and share love and also to help create history so I hope people remember me for my genuineness and my heart & unique way so seeing the world
Dre’gan, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Dre’gan Quamel Feaster an photographer & videographer out of Charlotte , North Carolina born and raised . I got into photography & videography on a more serious note during Covid when I had enough free time to dedicate myself to it . I realized it was all apart of Gods plan for me & began to put my all into it . So now I’m doing it on a higher level providing services for clients and business owners and many others I do event , personal , studio , family portraits etc . I feel I solve people’s problems by most of the time meeting or exceeding their expectations & having reasonable prices and what
I believe sets me apart is my gift of connecting with people beyond business and allowing God to work through me to give people an experience that’s not surface level but more down to earth .
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
I believe the most rewarding aspect of being an creative is the people I know it sounds simple but the relationships you build and the people you get to meet and places you’re able to go to is priceless and just knowing someone else appreciates your artistry is what evolves and inspires more creativity and artistic expression .
Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?
What I believe an non creative may struggle to understand about my journey as a creative is that it was already molded and designed by God for me and I embarked on it with favor and grace through the ups & downs but I’ve always put in the work no one sees and I’m in it for the passion and art form not to be famous or world renowned because the career field is popular or trendy but to change perspectives and bring people together in peace and love and harmony through memories .
