We recently connected with Dr. Staci Moore and have shared our conversation below.
Dr. Staci , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
From Clocked In to Called Up: The Story of TheOper8tor™, Dr. Staci Moore
It began at Xfinity, where I spent long hours smiling through scripts while my phone sat locked away, out of reach from my kids. The day I was written up for “working off the clock” after answering an email, I realized I’d traded freedom for a paycheck. My time and access no longer belonged to me.
That moment pushed me to take my life insurance hobby and make it my lifeline. I didn’t have a business plan, only a promise: no one else would decide how reachable I was to the people who mattered most.
In 2016, I left corporate comfort for the uncertain world of entrepreneurship. I learned that freedom demanded discipline, resilience, and reinvention. I worked forty hours on my business and earned a fraction of what I once made in one, but that grind became my tuition.
From 2018 to 2024, I wore every hat—speaker, emcee, brand ambassador, event facilitator—until my philosophy took shape: Sacred Systems + Strategic Results. It’s how I reclaimed my time, built smarter structures, and created a circle of power partners who now help me and my clients operate efficiently and profitably.
Every time I wanted to quit, I thought about the woman who once sat in that locker room. She deserved more. So I became her architect.
Today, Sacred Systems + Strategic Results isn’t just a business. It’s a movement built from lived experience, designed to transform chaos into clarity and purpose into profit.

Dr. Staci , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Dr. Staci Moore, known as TheOper8tor™, a strategist, speaker, and visionary brand architect dedicated to building what I call Sacred Systems + Strategic Results. My work lives at the intersection of leadership, business design, and AI-powered optimization. I help people turn what they know into what they’re known for.
My journey started on the floor at Xfinity, where I was written up for answering an email after hours. That moment reminded me I had given away too much control of my time, my access, and my potential. I walked away and turned my part-time life insurance license into my full-time liberation plan.
From there, I built a brand focused on helping others do the same: reclaim their time, refine their systems, and get paid for their impact. Today, TheOper8tor™ brand helps small business owners and leaders integrate AI tools and strategic structure so they can work smarter, scale faster, and serve better without burning out.
Through personalized strategies, immersive learning, and collaborations with trusted “power partners” in design, HR, operations, and automation, I help clients create businesses that run with clarity and precision.
What sets me apart is that I live what I teach. I’ve built from the ground up, learned what systems fail under pressure, and discovered how AI can extend human brilliance, not replace it.
What I’m most proud of is turning lived experience into a brand that transforms chaos into clarity and helps others Oper8te with both purpose and peace.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I’ve built my business primarily through offline relationships and real-world encounters. Every connection starts with genuine intention, and I make it a point to follow up and connect on social media in a meaningful way.
Over time, I’ve learned that an audience isn’t just built online. It’s cultivated through trust, conversation, and consistency. Many of the people who now follow or collaborate with me first met me in person, heard me speak, or experienced my work in another setting. From there, social media becomes the bridge that keeps the relationship growing.
Another intentional way I’ve expanded my reach is through podcast interviews and online summits. These platforms allow me to share expertise, deliver real value, and create curiosity that draws people to learn more about what I do.
My advice for anyone starting out is simple: build relationships before you build followers. Show up with value, stay consistent, and let your authenticity do the heavy lifting.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Nothing has brought me better clients than relationships. They are the foundation of everything I do. Relationships yield referrals—not just for business, but for speaking opportunities, collaborations, and long-term partnerships.
About 80% of my current clients come directly from referrals or from people I’ve met at in-person events. Often, I meet someone face-to-face, recognize their alignment with my work, and intentionally nurture that connection. Over time, those relationships evolve into clients, partners, or champions of my brand.
The same principles that guide my audience-building apply here: be intentional, add value first, and stay connected. When people trust your character and see your consistency, they don’t just buy from you—they advocate for you.
