We were lucky to catch up with Dr Robert Joseph recently and have shared our conversation below.

Dr Robert, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about how you went about setting up your own practice and if you have any advice for professionals who might be considering starting their own?

After several years working for my business partner and noticed my income wasn’t changing and his was I decided to do a little research. I realized my salary equivalently was about 10 percent of what I was producing. Thru this I took what I learned from him and established 7 currentocatikn after 5 years and work in Both the la And Orange County and inland empire areas providing service. I’ve also acquired and became popular in the personal injury world handling devastating crashes and injured patients

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

So thru the years financial Challenges were getting in my way of what the patients could afford. ESPECIALLY A CUSTOM INSOLE. That’s solves greater than 60 percent of foot and ankle
Pain. First in 2014 I designed and patterned with investors DRINSOLE. Unfortunately that was ran into the ground by varies factors and so
I decided with one other colleague to begin solely the two of use with DRJAYSRELIEF.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?

100 percent. Thru the business aspect was the only Challenge. Treating and diagnosing are my high points. It’s what I enjoy doing and seeing the reactions of
The people’s face when you solve their issues in less then a minute of discussion.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

If you look back At the challenges and various “business colleges” telling me you can’t do surgery ….just do the paperwork or trying to deceive me in letting them handle
The books it was quite a trying last 10
Years. But thru perseverance and determination I’ve overcome those people, obstacles and challenges and now are immensely enjoying my practice.
