We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Dr. Jonathan Haynes a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Jonathan , thanks for joining us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?

My mother did everything right, she made sure that I followed my dreams and made sure each and everything that I wanted to pursue she made sure I followed my dreams and so I wouldn’t be who I am today without the support of my mother.

Dr. Jonathan , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Yes, I started out as a recording artist and when the pandemic happened everything shutdown and I was like how am I going to make extra income so I remember God saying I birth visions on the inside of you and I started three business, consulting firm, production company and clothing line. And you may wonder during the pandemic yes and I’m grateful for the success of each business and person I’ve have came in contact with and then follow I started writing in anthologies, I’m on my fifth book and all of them have become international best selling books. So I say whatever you want to do you can do it make sure you have the right people around you supporting and helping you with your vision.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

Yes, when the pandemic came I had to pivot and find other ways to make income. I was a recording artist I’m use to traveling all around the world making money and when the world shut down what can you do. So i had to pivot and find different ways of how to make extra income by started business and finishing the right people to support and help you maneuver during those trying times.

How did you build your audience on social media?

Just by being myself. I always would look on social media and try to do things just for likes and shares and it wasn’t working and when I found of being your true and authentic self will get you farthest alone instead of trying to compare your brand of try to be like everyone else. It might come slower but never change who you to hold your social media brand it will come at the right time.
