We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dr, Ihab Judeh. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dr, Ihab below.
Hi Dr, Ihab, thanks for joining us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
At Nailoscope, we take pride in going beyond the industry standard by creating a truly personalized and luxurious experience for every client. While many nail spas focus solely on delivering services quickly, we prioritize quality, comfort, and building meaningful connections with our clients.
One way we diverge from the standard is by offering a relaxing, boutique atmosphere where every detail—from the cleanliness of our space to the quality of our products—is meticulously maintained. We also provide a more curated approach to self-care by integrating a range of beauty services, including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions, all under one roof.
A story that stands out is when a client visited us to prepare for her wedding. She shared how stressed she had been with planning, and our team went above and beyond to make her day special, offering a calming experience that helped her feel beautiful and confident. She later told us it wasn’t just the services but the personalized attention and atmosphere that made her visit unforgettable.
This commitment to elevating the customer experience is what sets us apart and keeps our clients returning. For us, it’s not just about beauty—it’s about creating moments of relaxation and self-care that make a lasting impact.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Dr. Judeh, the proud owner of Nailoscope, a nail spa that combines luxury, relaxation, and top-tier beauty services. My journey into this industry stems from my passion for self-care and creating spaces where people can unwind and feel valued. I’ve always believed in the power of small details to make a big difference, which is what led me to establish Nailoscope.
At Nailoscope, we offer a range of services, including expert nail care, facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions. Our goal is to provide more than just beauty treatments—we aim to create an experience that leaves clients feeling pampered, confident, and refreshed. We solve common frustrations like inconsistent quality, rushed services, and impersonal environments by focusing on personalized care and attention to detail in every service.
What sets us apart is our commitment to a boutique experience. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice the difference in our approach. We create a welcoming atmosphere, use high-quality products, and ensure that every client receives individualized attention.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve built with our clients. Seeing them return, not just for our services but for the comfort and care they feel here, is incredibly rewarding. For instance, we recently had a client who came in for a manicure and shared how much she appreciated the calming environment after a stressful week—it’s those moments that reinforce why we do what we do.
For potential clients and followers, I want you to know that Nailoscope is more than just a nail spa. It’s a place where self-care meets artistry, and every detail is designed to enhance your experience. Whether you’re here for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself, we’re here to make your day brighter and your confidence soar.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
When I started Nailoscope, one of the biggest challenges was bringing my vision to life while navigating the uncertainties that come with launching a new business. From finding the perfect location to building a team and creating a brand that resonated with clients, the journey was filled with hurdles.
One moment that truly tested my resilience was during the initial months of planning. Unexpected delays with permits and renovations threatened to push back our opening day. Each setback felt like a roadblock, but instead of letting frustration take over, I focused on problem-solving and staying committed to the end goal. I worked closely with contractors, adjusted timelines, and even stepped in to handle unexpected tasks to keep the project moving forward.
The experience taught me the importance of adaptability and perseverance. On opening day, seeing clients walk through the doors of Nailoscope and hearing their positive feedback made every challenge worth it. That moment reinforced my belief that resilience isn’t just about pushing through tough times—it’s about learning, adapting, and staying focused on your vision.
Today, that lesson continues to guide me as I navigate the ups and downs of running a business. Each challenge is an opportunity to grow, and I’m proud to bring that determination into every aspect of Nailoscope.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A key lesson I had to unlearn was the idea that I had to do everything myself to ensure it was done right. Early in my journey with Nailoscope, I believed that if I didn’t personally oversee every detail, things wouldn’t meet my standards. This mindset, though rooted in a desire for excellence, led to burnout and limited the potential for growth.
The turning point came when I realized that I couldn’t grow Nailoscope to its fullest potential without trusting others and delegating responsibilities. I had to unlearn the belief that perfection meant doing it all on my own. Instead, I began to focus on hiring a talented team and empowering them to bring their own expertise to the table.
It was a challenging shift, but over time, I saw that by trusting others and fostering collaboration, we could achieve even higher standards and create a more supportive and sustainable work environment. This lesson not only improved the way I manage Nailoscope, but it also allowed me to focus more on strategic growth, leaving room for creativity and innovation.
Now, I’ve learned that building a strong team and allowing space for others to shine is just as important as having a clear vision.
