Dorian, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Talk to us about building your team? What was it like? What were some of the key challenges and what was your process like?
WeekendDrift my Media Company I established in 2012 in Kennesaw Georgia when I was 14 years old. I started off doing Artists Management December 2015-December 2018, I worked with 3 different artists. 4estBlue , KREEPXX , FastAti. The process I would go through in my mind to pick a artist is the same process an Occult leader would go through. I have a charismatic leader personality so there’s things an artist needs to be successful in my eyes this isn’t every situation just how WeekendDrift would be represented if there was a artist roster. Marketable , Tunnel Vision , hyper Motivated , Able to Work as a Team and build as a team. All the people I worked with had this in the beginning but everyone ended up building envy or just wanted to be the biggest person in the room when we all would of been. I wouldn’t have done anything different because I enjoyed those years but I knew having 4 Cult Leaders in 1 room wouldn’t work that long. Also I realized how much Money & Time gets wasted during the artist development process. End of it all stop working with people that are unappreciative of the opportunity in front of them. Let’s talk about some of my better business ventures that will be changing my life forever and generations to come.

Dorian Morgan im from Kennesaw,GA Cobb County born and raised. WeekendDrift my media company est 2012 Currently I’m only doing Podcast , Dj mixes and quality Merchandise.
WeekendDrift Podcast : I will be traveling back and forth from Los Angeles to Atlanta talking to different people about different topics that I have been putting together for the past 6 months WeekendDrift podcast starts back up January 2023 there will be no interviews with music artist or rappers at all. I will only interview prolific people young
Business people : can provide knowledge that will help people in the direction they need to go in life.
Young community leaders that want to see change in themselves and the world surrounding them.
Young Spiritual leaders : can mentally help guide people mental health is top 3 most important things in your life.
Social Media Marketing : I’m starting my social media marketing Remote / Traveling agency 2023 I will be providing Slogan Creation , Marketing Blueprint Campaigns , and general marking services in Atlanta,Georgia & Los Angeles California.
Buying Land : I will be purchasing and owning 10 acres of land in California and 10 acres of land in Georgia 2025 financing it by myself.
Georgia 5 acres will be for affordable Housing / Rental properties
Modern Day tiny house bungalows.

People that I thought wanted me to win wanted me to quit or give up and I went further and pushed myself to my limits it’s not easy living in Los Angeles California I’m at a duality point in my life where I can be Back home in Kennesaw,Georgia or I can be in Los Angeles California. I would never work with anyone I worked with in the past that talked down I my face or behind my back. I was alone for 5 years everyday that gave me time to learn myself and figure out who I really am inside and out personality growth and mental growth.

How did you build your audience on social media?
WeekendDrift Media Company : I built my Audience by going out to different events connecting with the correct people taking personal time to build knowledge on things I want to learn traveling to different states not staying stagnant never get comfortable if you don’t start now you will never start your dreams !!! if you 18 – 25 now looking at this start building your dream business on the side start small keep working your job till your side business gets to a good point. You don’t want to be 30 looking back like I could of did that but didn’t because all the people in my ear and telling you no you can’t anything is possible isolating yourself like me and separation from toxic situation take the risk to live to your full potential.
