Doobie , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?

To be successful at anything it will take you plus time. The more you you give it is key. The more time you give it is very important. The more you plus the more time you do whatever it is you want to be successful at will equal the success. Because “Success” is just a result of the work. Do the work. Keep doing. That’s how you win. Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I was a musician, audio engineer, music producer, and lead singer of the band Shinobi Ninja. When my daughter was about to be born I answered a craigslist ad and a ended up becoming a Fashion Designer very unexpectedly without any want or knowledge of fashion as a profession or business.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

I had no money or knowledge of the industry I was getting into prior. So I came into it with no resource other then my creativity and willingness to work.

Any advice for managing a team?

My advice would be to make your people and team smile. Show them joy. Make them feel. Show them your light and encourage and love them. They are your new arms. They are your new legs. They will help you dunk the ball. Appreciate them. They are you. You are them. Treat yourself well.
