Alright, Dontay thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What was your school or training experience like? Share an anecdote or two that you feel illustrate important aspects or the overall nature of your schooling/training experience.

The turning point that I knew I wanted to help others better their life is when in college we did a kids camp. One of the kids came up to me and said he related to my childhood and that if I can focus and take the next step so can he!!!!!

My name is dontay moch owner and creator of inferno performance your one stop shop to health and wellness. From gym access to personal/group training we have your fitness and performance training needs. We offer a top of the line Arizona meal prep service as well as a full inferno supplement line.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Reputation is everything within health and wellness, action and papers(certifications) speak big however RESULTS is what allows you to grow in this industry. What helped me stand out is being from Arizona (born and raised) from a young age I started breaking records and making a name for me, college same thing, then to the pros. Strong name made for a great following but I didn’t stop there, I placed myself in many other areas (boxing/fitness comps/weightlifting comps/fitness shows/different sports) to help build my resume, and my reputation.
With inferno Performance I did the same! Built it up to be a one stop center to get results!

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?

Outside of training and studying the best way to succeed is to do! Hands on and understanding the process as a teacher is a MUST!
