Donna, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Looking back, do you think you started your business at the right time? Do you wish you had started sooner or later
I often find myself wishing I had discovered this industry earlier, as it could have been a pivotal moment for my entire family. With daughters and grandchildren who are central to my life, starting sooner would have provided us with the financial stability and resources to navigate life’s challenges more easily. However, it’s important to remember that it’s never too early or too late to get started. All you need to do is reach out. The information we provide isn’t something you would have learned in school, and I am incredibly excited to teach people that you don’t have to struggle throughout your life.
The tools and insights I’ve acquired have been invaluable, and having them earlier could have offered more opportunities to support and uplift my loved ones. It’s about creating a secure foundation for future generations and ensuring we can face life’s ups and downs with confidence and resilience. Starting earlier would have allowed us to build a legacy of strength and security together. Now, I am dedicated to helping others do the same, empowering them to create a life of abundance and stability.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Self-improvement has always been a cornerstone of my life, and it’s also a vital part of our team culture. One of the most influential figures in my journey has been Ed Mylett. His insights into overcoming everyday struggles are incredibly inspiring, especially since he started from the same company as I did. At this stage in my life, I once believed I was nearing the end of my professional journey and ready to coast. However, the inspiration I’ve drawn from Ed and others has profoundly shifted my perspective.
I now realize that I have so much life ahead of me and plenty more to achieve. Ed’s teachings don’t just motivate; they provide practical strategies for growth and resilience. This newfound inspiration has reignited my passion and commitment to making a meaningful impact, both personally and professionally. I’m determined to make every moment count, embracing the opportunities to grow and contribute in ways I never imagined possible before.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Managing a team and keeping up good morale is all about fostering a sense of family and shared purpose. In our team, we’re more than just colleagues; we’re like family. We make it a point to stay in touch regularly and communicate openly, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued. This strong bond is rooted in the similar values we all share, which makes our culture truly unique and unlike any other.
To keep morale high, I focus on creating an environment where everyone feels empowered and appreciated. We celebrate each other’s successes, big or small, and support one another through challenges. Encouraging open dialogue and being receptive to feedback is key. It’s important for everyone to feel that their contributions matter and that they are an integral part of our collective journey.
