Donatella , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a client that you appreciate them?
my first contact with the customer is to make them feel good, to make them feel confident, because the first contact is on the phone, then a reassuring and accommodating voice. It always works! After starting work, they become friends and never leave me again.

A My name is Donatella Granata and I have been living in Boston for nine years ,I moved here from Sicily.It was my dream to be able to move here and I succeeded.I work in banking and I am a manager on Boston and New York for a relocation agency in usa ,it is called Lafirstep.I have been working with them since 2016 and I am really enthusiastic about it. We help everyone who wants to come here to open a business,or for sponsorship,art visa ,study visa and many others.I think we are really among the most popular on the American soil now.
I really enjoy helping people and listening to their stories . I could write a book after so many years of experience and stories .k
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
More than a strategy I can say that people trust us because our visas have all been approved ,because we have lawyers and dedicated staff .We follow the whole process of relocation.For example for business we take care of the opening of the company,business plan,visa,appointment at the embassy to get the visa.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
often shoot videos in New York and Boston,I like to go around and show the potential for new businesses,I also research businesses that can be taken over .This helps my clients who want to move,they already get an idea and get a feel for the most commercial areas.It is a job of research ,attention and trust.
