Donald T, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Simply put, My mission is to serve others in any capacity. Whether your homeless, a widow, an orphan or just someone needing to be heard. Compassion is a dish best served at any time of the day. We were all put on this earth to love one another, to do unto others as we would have done to ourselves. Yet more often than not, do we ever see this an action. I truly believe if one person leads by example, others will follow. It doesn’t cost you anything to show kindness, nor does it to extend grace and mercy to those who may be in desperate need of it. I’ve seen first hand what the power of generosity and common courtesy can do if done so from a genuine heart. So why not be that person, after all, were all in this together! Love always finds a way!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

While success is measured in many different forms, whether it be by how much one makes per year or a job title, I determine success on character and personal growth. We seem to have drifted away from the things in life that truly matter while deep down inside we are falling apart. our families are falling apart and society as whole has paid a price, if we truly seek to make this world a better place, isn’t time for change?

This is were I come in, Highlighting the causes we see in a world that has gone horribly wrong. Speaking to issues that the mainstream would much rather sweep under a rug than deal with it. Everyone worried about being politically correct not to offend anyone. What sets me apart from others is i truly believe actions speak louder than words. Being a man of integrity, i know the importance to say what you mean to say, mean what you say, and to do what you say even in the midst of great adversity!

I love mankind, and was born with many great gifts. I have a positive effect on others who have always said they felt drawn to me, perhaps its my infectious smile and welcoming demeanor? This is why I’ve chosen to write sharing my life and journey with the world. Words of inspiration that not only encourage but bring healing to all those who have suffered loss and endure trials, tribulation’s and tragedy-both great and small. To all those who feel alone and misunderstood, thinking that there is nobody who truly cares.

This is something we have all dealt with, no one is immune from it. It’s within the pages of my personal memoir that i courageously confront these issues sharing with the world how I overcame some of life’s worst situations. Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Great question and thanks for asking! My advice is to lead by example. Becoming a pillar of Strength through positive reinforcement, encouragement goes along way. Micromanagement doesn’t work and only adds stress to an already tired workforce. Show your appreciation to those who have devoted their skills, time and efforts in the success of your business.

Have you ever had to pivot?

Being a man of many hats, has always been one of my most admired quality’s. Life is everchanging, As is the world around us. Consider this if you will, every job you’ve ever worked has brought you to were you are today. Each skill and every task has taught you what you needed to know to get you where you are today,

Whether it’s in your personal or professional life, pivots are an absolute must that brings forth opportunity and growth.
Let’s face it, no one wants to be delivering newspapers their entire life! They rather be involved with making them.
