Hi Donald, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about serving the underserved.
Im a Licensed Financial Service Consultant, with my agency our focus is to change lives by matching education with common financial tools and strategies that help families overcome real-life financial challenges. The knowledge and ability to save, protect, and grow money is something everyone should have access to.
Donald, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Quick background on me- my name is Donald and I been in the Financial Service Industry with over five years’ experience, as a Wealth Coach, I have specialized in helping families & business owners; By protecting their income, planning a tax-free retirement & generational wealth protection/creation. I provide financial solutions such as life Insurance, long term care, retirement plans, pension plans, wealth transfer plan, college plan savings account, business tax deduction plan, emergency fund & tax shelter plan! What set us apart is we start by educating the community on how money works before providing adequate services. What I’m most proud of is I was the one that took a stand to break the family Generational curse of poverty by educating myself. DSC Financial Services is a family business that consists of my spouse and daughter, soon to be Sons.
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
In May 2016 I was searching for a new career opportunity and a door opened for me, something I wanted to do as a kid and that was to be a Firefighter. I completed my EMT classes and was ready to take my exam, once I pass that I can start searching for employment at the local fire stations. But before I had the opportunity to do that, my Spirtual Mentor invited me to a event that literally changed my life forever. I was shared some powerful financial information which pivot life and career to what I’m doing till this day. I figured that I can assist and help more families in this Industry as a pose of becoming a firefighter!
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
One of the best source for new clients recently is having access to a automated system that helps me generate organic leads!
