We were lucky to catch up with Domasha Beavers recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Domasha , thanks for joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
Defining, my moment was more like understanding who I was in reality. Learning to accept me for me. Not being afraid of what people thought about me or felt about my career choice. Grown-up in church and then having a gift to read people was hard so I had to make a decision just to be me.

Most will say I’m sweet and quiet. My name is Domasha , mother of 2 wonderful boys. I am a creative , spritual leader . Mindset coaching and podcasting is my life . My love for jewelry, holistic products and healing is what started my research of herbs that heal.
My mission is to see happy healed people celebrate life with no regrets.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
This journey has been an all around learning experience. Honestly I had to unlearn everything I ever learned. I had to recreate Domasha . This was not easy because I had to learn what was true, what I valued and what was my reality. I had to learn the ugliest parts of myself and because conscious and aware of the direction I was headed in.
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
I think in order to be successful one must be honest, gentle and genuine with their self .
