We recently connected with Diego Campos and have shared our conversation below.
Diego, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?
The most important thing as a professional and as a chef that I am. I love to see people enjoy food. I always say something that I like. I don’t know if I’m the best chef, but I do know that I cook with my heart and for me it is very important that people enjoy food.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I have 20 years of experience as a Chef I started at the age of 20 in the city of Miami and I began to meet And I began to interact with people of gastronomy I started working in very small restaurants I was learning from the people who worked with me until once I had the opportunity to move to the city of Los Angeles and there I worked in one of the most important restaurants I started working
How did you build your audience on social media?
Social networks is such a good space and such a bad space. Personally, I think that always on social networks we have to put positive things. I personally express all my work on social networks. My profession as a Chef apart. I have a great passion that is painting. I love painting and I use my social networks a lot for work and at the same time the people I follow on social
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think I have had to knock on many doors and to this day I continue to do it. I am a very impatient person. I am a very responsible person but above all I follow my dream and every human being has to follow his dreams. It is the most important thing.
