We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Diana Ortega Kahn a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Diana thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?

My life is full of defining moments because I’ve learned to connect with myself and the universe. You may say oh my, woo woo? It wasn’t just one moment, there are many and expecting more. Making a choice first thing in the morning to be grateful, is defining. Showing up for myself, breathing, calibrating myself as to how do I feel in this present moment and moving forward from there is defining. Choosing to be authentic in every aspect is defining because I am happy with the choices I am making for myself.
Then I am ready to connect with those beautiful souls that reach out and share their vulnerability with me as I share pivotal transformational moments with them in order to assist them in understanding that they are not alone, this is defining!!!
Living a purposeful life is Defining!!!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Spirituality is part of my culture and my grandmother honored me by sharing some of her wisdom. When my calling came to be, I was given the opportunity to bring forth some of the modalities I had learned and currently incorporate in my continued transformation. I was and still am very deligent about my practice which include, A Course in Miracles, Reiki, Light Therapy, Akashic Records, Life & Spiritual Coaching, Angel Oracle readings and Scalar frequency.

For my clients it’s about them fully and how they perceive their current experience as they encage in their defining moments.
I listen to their concerns and ask our spiritual team to enlighten us. Then i share tools, modalities, assistance, and guidance but ultimately it’s about them doing the work. I encourage them by sharing some of my experiences and stories and letting them know that they are not alone in their experience.

I am always honored and grateful when they share their gratitude for their own transformation.

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?

What is your intention? Pay attention to your ego, because many don’t even know what this entails. Being honest and authentic with self and others. Being a true catalyst consist of understanding that you’re part of the process, work in progress, always. Being compassionate because the normal is no longer normal.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

Absolutely!! Every week I learn something and I’m always sharing. Gaia T.V. has a multitude of professionals sharing their resources and information.
