We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Diana Moran a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Diana, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
One thing that really sets us apart is that we don’t nickel and dime our couples. In this industry, it’s sadly common for places to tack on hidden fees — service charges, credit card fees, you name it — and couples don’t find out about them until it’s too late. That’s just not how we do things here.
Our pricing is upfront, honest, and all-inclusive. No surprises, no fine print. We believe your wedding day should be about love, not about a business figuring out how much more they can charge you. That’s the difference between truly loving what you do and just clocking in for a paycheck.
We’ve had so many couples tell us how refreshing it was to work with someone who genuinely cared about their day, not their wallet. And honestly, that’s why we started this chapel — to create a space where people feel celebrated, not taken advantage of. It might be a small thing in the grand scheme, but for the people standing at the altar, it matters.

Diana, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
We’re Say I Do Chapel — a modern, welcoming wedding chapel in Las Vegas with a heart for couples and a love for celebrating love. Our chapel was created with one simple goal in mind: to give people a beautiful, stress-free, and honest wedding experience without all the gimmicks, hidden fees, or cookie-cutter ceremonies you sometimes find in this town.
The story behind Say I Do Chapel is a personal one. We’ve worked in the wedding world for years, and over time, we noticed a pattern — too often, weddings became more about business transactions than meaningful moments. Couples were being hit with surprise charges, rushed through their big day, and treated like just another number on the schedule. That didn’t sit right with us. So we decided to do it differently.
At Say I Do Chapel, we offer simple, elegant, and transparent wedding packages — from intimate elopements to more classic ceremonies with photography and florals. We specialize in creating easy, memorable, and fun Vegas weddings, with options for Elvis fans, vow renewals, and last-minute “let’s just do it” celebrations too. Everything we offer is upfront and honest, with no hidden service charges, credit card fees, or fine print surprises.
What sets us apart is that we truly care about each couple who walks through our doors. It’s not just a job to us — it’s a chance to be a small part of someone’s love story, and that’s something we don’t take lightly. We treat our couples like family, not customers.
We’re most proud of the trust our couples place in us and the moments we get to be part of. From couples flying in from across the world for a spontaneous Vegas wedding elopement, to locals looking for a classic chapel feel without the cheesy gimmicks, we’ve built a space where people feel cared for, celebrated, and at ease.
If there’s one thing we want people to know about Say I Do Chapel, it’s this: we’re here to make your wedding day feel effortless, joyful, and meaningful — not transactional. Whether you want something quick and easy or a more personalized ceremony, we’ve got you covered, with kindness, transparency, and a little Vegas magic.

Any advice for managing a team?
For us, the most important part of maintaining high morale is leading by example. In this business, you can’t ask people to bring heart and energy to a wedding if you’re not showing up with that same love for what you do. We believe that if you want your people to care, you have to care first — about the work, about the couples, and about each other.
At Say I Do Chapel, we show up every day excited to be part of someone’s love story. And when you truly love weddings, it shows. That energy is contagious. It keeps the atmosphere light, joyful, and genuine, even on the busiest days. We remind ourselves and each other often: every couple walking through our doors is having one of the biggest moments of their lives, and it’s a privilege to be a part of it.
When you lead with that kind of passion, it naturally lifts the people around you. Morale stays high because everyone feels the purpose behind what we’re doing — it’s not just a job, it’s a celebration of love, and that matters.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
We love staying connected with our couples long after they’ve said “I do.” Weddings might happen in a moment, but the memories last forever — and we want to be part of that story, not just the ceremony. One of the ways we keep in touch is through our social media. Instagram and TikTok are huge for us; it’s where we share behind-the-scenes moments, real wedding highlights, fun Vegas wedding tips, and a little of our day-to-day chapel life. It keeps the conversation going and lets our couples feel like part of the family.
We also recently launched our podcast, which has been such a fun way to connect on a deeper level. It’s a mix of wild Vegas wedding stories, planning advice, and honest conversations about love, marriage, and everything in between. A lot of our past couples tune in, and new followers discover us through it too. It’s been a great way to build community and remind people that we’re more than just a wedding chapel — we’re people who love love.
