Hi Diana, thanks for joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
To be successful, you need vision, determination, a strong team, and patience. As a Real Estate Investor, I wouldn’t have succeeded without my team. Having invested in over a dozen properties, there were many instances where I relied on my team’s construction expertise to help avoid potential disasters during home builds and renovations. I’ve learned that building homes is a group effort, and patience is essential. Delays are common—whether due to material shortages or weather disruptions. A strong team can help you navigate these challenges. Just as it takes a team to build a house, it takes a team to build a successful business. Teamwork is what drives success.

My name is Diana Kimmay, and I am an entrepreneur and influencer. I spend most of my time traveling the world and collaborating with brands, while also working in real estate and interior design on the side. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a variety of companies, from clothing and skincare brands to cookware. My team jokingly calls me the “queen of all trades.”
I’ve been an entrepreneur since high school, starting with selling custom phone cases I designed, then modeling at car import shows. The money I earned there allowed me to expand into interior design, which ultimately led me to real estate investing.
Lately, my focus has been on luxury real estate. My clients seek my expertise in everything from home building to interior decorating.
What sets me apart is my attention to detail, my relentless work ethic, and my commitment to always being available for my clients. As an entrepreneur, I understand that success requires working around the clock to ensure growth and client satisfaction.

How did you build your audience on social media?
To build an audience, consistency is key. My advice to anyone starting to build their social media presence is to choose a niche and commit to it. For example, if you want to be a travel influencer, focus exclusively on posting travel content. Find your niche, post regularly, and engage with your followers. People are drawn to consistency, and over time, this will help you establish a strong personal brand.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Managing a team is challenging but incredibly rewarding. I see my team as an extension of myself they are like my closest friends, and I treat them like family. A strong team is essential for any successful company; without one, operations can quickly falter. To keep morale high, it’s crucial to treat your team with respect, build their confidence, trust them, and consistently show appreciation for their efforts.
I make it a point to express my gratitude by taking the team out for lunches, offering words of encouragement, throwing celebrations, and, of course, rewarding them with bonuses when they go above and beyond.
