We were lucky to catch up with Diana George recently and have shared our conversation below.
Diana , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of our favorite things to brainstorm about with friends who’ve built something entrepreneurial is what they would do differently if they were to start over today. Surely, there are things you’ve learned that would allow you to do it over faster, more efficiently. We’d love to hear how you would go about setting things up if you were starting over today, knowing everything that you already know.
If I were starting over today, the first and most important thing I would do differently is fully own and trust my gifts right from the beginning. It took me about four to five years to really believe in my ability to channel and provide angel and tarot readings confidently. During those early years, I was holding back because of fear, fear of the stigma around spiritual work, fear of being vulnerable in the public eye. But the truth is, my gifts were already being validated through referrals long before I officially launched my business.
Looking back, I wish I had made my work public as soon as the referrals started coming in. Instead of waiting, I should have leaned into that momentum and built upon it gradually. Doing so would have allowed me to grow organically and reduce the upfront capital investment I ended up needing, like paying for vendor event booths, professional website development, and other business expenses that I tried to handle all at once.
So my advice to new entrepreneurs and spiritual practitioners is start now. You don’t need a large budget to begin. Build from the referrals and relationships that come naturally and let your credibility and community grow over time. Scaling sustainably, especially in a field like this, is more effective and less draining than rushing everything within a short timeframe.
In essence, trust your process, trust your gifts, and lean into the momentum that already exists around you. The journey will feel less overwhelming and your business will have a stronger foundation for long-term success.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I come from a lineage rich in spiritual gifts. I’m a third-generation psychic, a fact I only discovered about a year ago. For a long time, I was curious about where my abilities originated, and that curiosity was beautifully validated by a close family member. I am also a master angel channeler, angel reader, and angel tarot reader. In addition, I’m a certified spiritual life coach and a passionate advocate for spiritual alchemy development.
Alongside my spiritual work, I am a freelance event project manager in the wellness and spiritual industries. I support entrepreneurs by helping them create, plan, execute, and track progress through CRM software after their events. This ensures proper brand awareness, client development, and retention.
Before stepping fully into the spiritual realm, I had a long career in sales and retail leadership. I’ve managed teams ranging from three to as many as twenty people. Throughout that time, I was fortunate to have amazing mentors and bosses who, toward the end of my corporate journey, encouraged me to embrace my spiritual gifts fully. Although fear held me back initially, I am grateful for the timing and how far my business has grown since I took the leap publicly a year and a half ago.
A core part of my spiritual practice is my devotion to Archangel Michael. I began invoking him into my personal life and then started weaving his power and guidance into my work about seven years ago. He provides comfort, clarity, and strength not only for my own growth but also to support my clients and uplift the spiritual community.
I am also a proud ambassador of the Latina Professionals nonprofit organization and a former junior board member. I’m honored to contribute to empowering Latina entrepreneurs and professionals.
I’m Diana G of Moonlight Clarity 1111, and I’m deeply thankful for this opportunity to share a glimpse into my journey.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele comes directly from my background in sales and retail, where cultivating strong client relationships was the cornerstone of success. Whether I was an individual contributor or leading a team, it always started with crafting a high-quality product or service and presenting it authentically to the right audience.
I believe it’s essential to recognize that not every product or service is a fit for everyone. The key is to connect deeply with those whose values align with what you offer—whether that’s the product, the service, or the team behind it. When there is alignment, that connection creates a foundation of trust and relevance.
I like to think of the initial sale as an audition. It’s the moment where you truly show your client who you are, who your team is, and how your offering solves their unique problems or elevates their life or business. But the real work begins after that audition.
Following up consistently, asking for honest feedback, and addressing any hiccups with transparency builds lasting trust. If there’s a delay or issue, owning it and then delivering even more value than expected can turn a first-time client into a loyal advocate. I’ve seen this approach succeed at every level—from individual sales to team leadership to my current spiritual business, where I provide angel channeling, oracle card readings, and event production.
Finally, rewarding referrals and repeat clients with discounts or complimentary offerings creates a cycle of goodwill that fuels sustainable growth.
In summary, success comes from having a well-tuned product or service, aligning it with your clients’ values and needs, delivering a strong initial experience, and then doing the essential follow-up work to nurture and expand those relationships.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I found physical and online spaces that warmly welcomed my gifts, venues that invited me back to speak, and communities that embraced what I bring. However, there were a couple of instances that truly tested my resilience. I committed fully, signed on the dotted line, gone through interviews or initiation processes, invested deep networking and collaboration, only to be unexpectedly pulled out of two significant opportunities. These were environments where I was invited either to provide services or to speak, and the sudden cancellations were groundshaking. They shook my confidence and made me question my abilities for a time, but I learned hard lessons through those experiences.
My background in sales leadership had already prepared me somewhat for rejection and hearing no. I know that you do not always close every sale or get every opportunity or even the opportunity to execute the opportunity. What these moments taught me is how to hold steady in my truth and continue moving forward, even when things fall apart unexpectedly.
This also helped me develop spiritually and really question if the things I was being asked to participate in or had applied to truly aligned with who I was spiritually and as a person, and where I was in my spiritual growth. It was a big eye-opener that just because someone was knocking on my door with an opportunity, or just because someone said yes to me asking about an opportunity, does not mean that it is perfectly aligned with my core values, beliefs, and what I bring to the table through my spiritual gifts.
In the end, resilience for me is about meeting disappointment with clarity, grace, and a deeper commitment to alignment. Every closed door has taught me that my worth is not defined by a single opportunity, and that the right spaces, the ones meant for me, will always open in divine timing.
