We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Devon Duerr a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Devon, appreciate you joining us today. Can you share an important lesson you learned in a prior job that’s helped you in your career afterwards?
I learned the importance of structure and discipline both when creating and when taking care of basic business tasks. I graduated with my degree in Accounting and Business Administration and was Small Business Consulting Sole Proprietor for 16 years before I stepped away from that work and became a full time Spiritual Teacher.
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
Yes, my mission is to bring awareness to more people they have angels and spirit guides supporting them so they are not alone on their journey and we are all born with natural intuitive abilities to help us deepen our connection with our spiritual team and live a Divinely Guided life.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Yes, I graduate with my degree in Accounting and Business administration. I did small business consulting for about 16 years before I put that down and started my company, Build Intention LLC as an Angel Intuitive and Spiritual Teacher. I began teaching journaling workshop based on a method I created call “Whole Life Journaling” to help people connect with their Angels and understand the way they use their intuitive abilities, received Divine Signs and are Divinely guided. In 2020 I started my YouTube channel @DevonDuerr where I share techniques, stories and Angel Messages. Eventually I decided to create my own custom journal with templates based my Whole lIfe Journal called “Book of Evidence – Proof Your Angels are with You.” Now available on my website DevonDuerr.com as well as on Amazon.com. I also have a daily podcast and a monthly show on the network SiriusJoy.com and have show collaborations with other YouTubers coming soon!
