Destinee , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
In 2019 I started off doing braids. At first, I was just doing my hair, and practicing on myself, then I started taking clients when I got back home from college. I discovered it was something that I loved doing and decided to continue doing it full-time. Over time, I started seeing the love and support I was getting and it made me wanna continue even more. That’s when I thought, what else can I do? I began selling hair bundles and wigs that’s when I switched to Braids and Bundles by Le’Angel. After a while, I wanted to add on something else and that’s when I became a travel agent and then switched to Le’Angels Inventory LLC. I don’t think I’ll change my business name anymore but Le’Angel is my middle name for those who do not know! I love the fact that I can make money doing something that I love doing.. I’ll never stop. I specialize in braids and I provide hair bundles, wigs, hair accessories, and soon hair products. I go hard behind Le’Angels Inventory and hope to soon be rich off hair!

Hey yall, I’m Destinee Le’Angel. I’m a 22 year old young entrepreneur who’s been running her business since 2019. I’m the CEO of Le’Angels Inventory LLC & Exotic Travels. I sell hair bundles and wigs, specializing in braids and I’m also a travel agent. I’m very down to earth, cool and about my business!
How did you build your audience on social media?
Promoting. Marketing and promoting skills will definitely get you there. Consistency is key. Don’t ever give up and don’t stop. Don’t worry about likes and reshares trust me they see you even when you think they don’t. Create content. All types of content, your followers wanna see it. I’d say it’s really just all about how you put yourself and your business out there.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Marketing and promotion. The way I choose to market my business is how I keep them coming. I’m always finding new ways to catch someone’s attention, rather it’s a deal, a flyer, a product, an upcoming drop. I never stop and keep the ideas coming.
