Desmon , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Thanks for having me today!!!!!!! How did I come up with the idea of becoming a business coach the urge to want to change lives and help people it all started with me learning how to shift my whole mindset I begin to work with the mind body and soul and also teach women all around the world how to deal with trauma and being able to help women was my main goal that lead to me wanted to also change the financial thinking and situation of others when your able to shift your mindset you then develop a new thinking ability so I then begin to offer 1 on 1 zoom sessions offering mindset shift and creating and structuring a proper business and business credit profile we provide different options to create passive income so my main goal are to create as many success people around the world With my mentorship so at that moment I Knew this would be a Life transformation because I am able to solve the main problem in people lives Financial Freedom the ability to feel free the ability to to create there own destiny The main goal is to see the transformation The whole idea of changing lives gives me more and more passion for it Every Day !!!!!!

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

A lesson I had to unlearn was not every client is the idea client taking on clients that are not motivated is not my goal client I learned that targeting the correct audience will help you decide what client is a idea client.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

What helped me build my reputation with my market the passion I have for it the urge to want to learn as much as possible about the market i am in and understanding that it changes everyday.
