Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Deshantia Bell. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Deshantia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Who is your hero and why? What lessons have you learned from them and how have they influenced your journey?
My hero is Ortavia Taylor my mother. The reason behind this is she’s strong, helpful, joyful, her heart is big and pure, also a strict person, organized, fully invested and dedicated in all that she do. Despite the downfalls and trials we went thru you wouldn’t even know we had hard times the way she wear a smile. The lessons I’ve learned from Ortavia is never give up no matter how hard or unclear the situation get. She show the definition of I am my brand. No matter where she go she wearing and advertising her brand. Meeting new people the energy the love customers show back and how satisfied and happy they are. I try to take what I see and incorporate it into me and my business which is Every Little Detail. Based on detailing cars here in Georgia. I am mobile so I do come out to customers location if need be. Since I’ve been in Georgia Ortavia pushed more of my business to help me get out there it’s greatly appreciated. She see the vision and push you also guide you into what to do and where to fix your downfalls. It’s always great to be able to work under your mother and follow in her footsteps.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Hello my name is Deshantia Bell. I am auto detailer from Florida now relocated to McDonough Georgia. I’ve been in the auto industry for about 3 years. I love the work I do and the feeling I get to see customers reaction to their vehicles. My goal is to help in anyway I can but also my love for cars. Expand more in business as far as employees and 2 vans. Coverage of more areas here in Atlanta. I love to learn more their is no limitations on knowledge. I’m more so here looking for potential customers, maybe even people that can just give advice and help in this form of business.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Usually to keep some type of bond with clients first impression is everything. When I first meet them I want them to feel as comfortable with me as possible so they can trust me with their vehicles. Then i fulfill the clients orders to the best of my ability and present my work best as possible communication is always the key. Without communication and trust it wouldn’t be any clientele.

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
Yes I wish I came to Ortavia sooner. Because most things I’ve learned from YouTube or just trying things as I go. I mean I still have more to learn and willing to. I feel I would’ve have been more organized and probably taught more proper way then me learning piece on my own. Sometimes it felt as if I was not getting anywhere like I was stuck in the same place.
