Deron, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Growing up in the small town of Monroe, Louisiana we weren’t provided knowledge on Entrepreneurship, Credit, or How to create Cashflow from Investments. So, I saw many struggle and work tirelessly to survive day to day including some members of my family. After seeing that I decided I wanted better for me, my family, & the people around me and this is where my company “Authentic Wealth Keys” was born. We recently merged with another financial institution and we now go by “Dynamics Financial” but we still have the same Mission and that’s to help people. We believe “Unification & Education Leads To Elevation” and we strive to provide uplift those that are around us and that work with us.

Deron, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’m an entrepreneur from the small town of Monroe, La. You’ve probably never heard of my city because there is not much there besides the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM). I always lead with this because even though my city is small and doesn’t have much, I will always be proud of where I’m from. I didn’t grow up learning about Credit, Investments, Entrepreneurship, and was never given guidance when it came to Financial literacy or Wealth Building outside of working a 9-5 until I could retire. So, like everyone else, I graduated High School and went to college seeking a degree to better position myself for Employment. I attended one of the greatest HBCU’s in the country “Grambling State University” and received my degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. This is where I learned how to run businesses and the importance of Credit and Financial literacy.

In 2011, I left my hometown and moved to Dallas, Tx as I would soon have my first son and I knew I would have to move to provide a better life for me and my children. This is where I worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies, but I was never truly happy with my job and knew that God had bigger plans for me. So, after researching and constantly getting asked by family and friends how to restore their Credit on daily, I decided to create my own company “Authentic Wealth Keys” which I recently merged with a long time colleague/friend and we now go by “Dynamics Financial”. We believe theirs power in numbers and instead of being soloprenuers we want to take people along with us on this journey. We call ourselves Incusion-prenuers as we seek to bring on individuals and train them to become Tax & Credit Experts without have to pay the premium price and jump through hoops. We give you everything you need uncut and ready to go, all you have to bring is a Consistent & Unwavering work ethic to reach the same level of success we have. My company has evolved from a few years ago not only do we teach the power of Financial literacy but we assist with Taxes & Training, Credit, & Small Business Loans. Our Motto, “Unification & Education Leads to Elevation” and we stand on this. When you come on with us as a Client or Business Partner you become Family and we make it our priority to help you reach Success.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

I have multiple systems in place such as: Secure Credit Portals, Secure Tax Applications, & Different automation technology to make sure my clients always feel like they are at arms length. Here at Dynamics Financial we treat everyone like family and that goes along way when building Brand loyalty.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

“Results, Results, Results” I can’t say it enough. If you can provide quality results for your clients they will tell their Family, Friends, & Colleagues. Word of mouth from your clients is key and will continue to be one of the most effective strategies for growing your network and clientele. Stay consistent and focus on Results in everything that you do.
