Denny, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard.
The housing industry and the economy at large have been pinching US consumers hard since 2020 and building has not been the least affected industry in our post-COVID world. One way we’ve elected to protect homeowners and provide peace of mind is providing every homeowner with a Guaranteed Price contract. This means, that no matter the external pressures on the ecomony or labor, we will not change our contract price for your home remodel or custom build.
More times than not, you see cost-plus contracts or contingencies that allow contractors to request more funds, but we feel that’s an unfair burden on a consumer who has put so much trust in our expertise on their project.
Our aim is as close to a stress-free remodeling experience as you can have, and a Guaranteed Price contract is a great way to start!

Since 2015 I’ve been involved in professional home remodeling and building in one form or another having designed and managed over 75 large home remodels since then. Even before my professional career took off, I spent 5 years in Central America working with local churches and community leaders building schools, houses and churches.
In 2022, I started Red Fox Remodeling with a mission to provide a remodeling partner that any person could feel confident recommending to their friends and family. How we do that is up-front transparent pricing, dedicated project management, daily project communication, and a team of in-house craftsman and trusted industry partners to capture the vision of our homeowners.

When we start a relationship with a homeowner, we want to know how they would like to be communicated with. In our experience, most homeowners are choosing text as their primary form of communicating – which we love! In addition to our homeowners preferred method of communicating, we have made a strategic decision to provide all of our homeowners with a custom project portal through HOUZZ. This software allows our homeowners to view project updates, pictures, timelines, budgets, documents, etc all in real time as often as they like. This portal increases homeowner line-of-sight into the project and allows for better dialogue as we build their dream.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Word of mouth and customer testimonials will always be number 1 for Red Fox. We find that when we treat people well and do good work, more people want to partner with us!
