Dennis, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.

The interesting thing about my industry is that there really isn’t one. Artist Operation is an organization of artists that works with other artists, designers and creatives to help them achieve their vision, which is very unique in the field. Whereas most companies specialize in one process or media, Artist Operation’s key to success is being able to accommodate a multitude of needs from our clients all in one place; from welding to computer programming, digital modeling and electric circuit design to laser cutting and woodworking. Rather than having to work with a half dozen shops, our clients get to work one-on-one with us through the entire process of fabricating their ideas.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Artist Operation is a collaborative of working artists and designers who apply our creative skills towards manifesting the ideas of others; wether fabricating artworks, custom furniture, lighting, and other home decor, we work with our clients directly and individually to make sure their vision comes to fruition.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

Our mission, simply, is to help artists make their art. The world needs more art, more creative ideas and the people in it need help making that happen. We offer the practical and professional assistance to make it happen.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

We consciously do not have a presence on social media. The value of what we do is in the real, face-to-face world, and social media doesn’t convey accurately that asset. We don’t even advertise in any way. Our good work, happy clients, and reputation is our best advertising and networking asset.
