Denisse, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the best advice you ever gave to a client? How did they benefit / what was the result? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)

In all of my years in this profession, I got to the conclusion that we as people it does not matter the race or nationality we don’t take care of our feet properly. There is a big lack of information that puts our health at risk all because we don’t take care of them the way we should. Problems can start at an early age and they develop and get worse with time. To all of our clients the same information is given, as simple. as a wearing proper shoe size. Because most of them the problems start because wearing the wrong shoe size.

Unico nail Care was found in 2020 with the purpose of bringing personalized, safe and hygienic Feet and Nail Care to Dfw, perform by Medical Nail Technicians.
Knowing all the risks that the Nail industry brings, we decided to change all that and give our clients the care they deserve. We provide personalized clinical pedicures to potential at risk clinical such as diabetics, Kids, elderly etc.
We are not a typical nail salon!
First during this consultation, we will assess the current condition of your feet—either virtually or in-person—to identify which of the 5 stages they are in. (Required prior to booking)
This assessment will let you know pricing of your services. Everyone is different so a costume price will be assigned depending your needs. If there is a need for us to refer you to a different specialist is due at this assessment.
We also measure your feet and take a look at why might be causing your feet problems. As simple as this can change someone’s life.
We have now two locations Duncanville (100 s Main Suite 114 Duncanville Tx 75116) and Fort Worth (3853 Sw Loop 820 Fort Worth Tx 76133) this helps our clientele flow better depending on their location. And keeping our goal to open a 3rd location in North Dallas .

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Getting to know your client! Building a relationship and helping them stay on their feet with the correct information . We have been in business for almost 6 years and clientele has grown tremendously. With our experience people have trusted us with and recommendations have been one of the most valuable and important strategies. We have people that visit us from a lot of states and cities. Giving them not only professional care but real results is what keeps our clientele growing.

There has been times where business gets slow but this is everywhere.
We are faithful and believe God puts us here for a reason and is to take care of who ever needs us and this type of
Service. If he gave us the business he will provide with clients!
We are now running our 65+ program where elderly clients get a better pricing. It does not matter the stage the come in with. Special Price will be provided for them!
