I created The Gr8tful Brand during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. After overcoming trauma, loss, and personal struggles, I leaned into gratitude as my anchor. I saw so many creatives and entrepreneurs struggling to present themselves professionally — not because they lacked passion, but because they didn’t have the tools or support. That’s when I realized I could use my skills in writing, design, and digital organization to fill that gap.

The Gr8tful Brand was born to empower others to show up boldly and purposefully. It blends creativity, faith, and strategy to help people turn their visions into reality. For me, it’s not just business — it’s a calling.

Hi, I’m Denisha M. Jones — founder of The Gr8tful Brand, a digital service hub that supports creatives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners with branding, website building, document preparation, virtual assistance, design, and some AI-powered visuals.

My journey into this work came from personal struggle. After overcoming trauma and deep loss, I leaned into gratitude as a lifestyle — and realized I had both the skills and the heart to help others show up in their purpose with excellence.

I created The Gr8tful Brand to give people access to high-quality design, structure, and strategy — especially those who are overlooked or overwhelmed. I help clients clarify their message, present themselves professionally, and stay aligned with their vision.
What sets my work apart is how intentional, faith-rooted, and personalized it is. I don’t just deliver content — I build relationships and create tools that support growth. I’m proud of the lives I’ve impacted and the way this brand continues to rise from a place of pain, purpose, and deep gratitude.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

Honestly, my best source of new clients has been a mix of word-of-mouth referrals and social media visibility — especially through platforms like Instagram and TikTok. When people see the behind-the-scenes of what I do, or the way I present my clients’ brands with care and creativity, it builds trust.

Referrals from past clients who were satisfied with my service have been incredibly powerful. People love to work with someone they know others trust — especially in creative and service-based work.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

One of the most defining chapters in my life came during a time when everything around me seemed to be falling apart. I had suffered deep personal losses, and felt completely unseen and unheard. During those moments, I started creating and incorporated my love of art into designs and much more.

There were moments when I felt like giving up — when silence felt safer than starting over, and darkness felt more familiar than light. But even in that space, something in me refused to stay broken. I leaned into gratitude. I started building quietly, pouring my pain into purpose.

That’s how The Gr8tful Brand was born — in the middle of what looked like defeat. It became my way of rising, of reclaiming power, and of creating something meaningful that could also serve others.

To me, resilience isn’t just about pushing through hard times. It’s about becoming something stronger because of them. It’s about choosing to keep showing up — even when no one’s clapping…..yet.
