Hi Denine , thanks for joining us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
I am a CRCMP (Certified Risk Control Management Professional) with over 24 years of combined experience in Lending and Financial Services and Regulatory Compliance Oversight. We empower and support entrepreneurs who are struggling with the complexities of understanding the IRS Tax code and obtaining long-term financial wealth.
In my opinion, the tax profession industry is mainly focused on the money that could be made within three-four months instead of educating the clients to save money & mitigate IRS audit flags. At DW Consulting Agency, LLC, we do it differently; our value proposition include educating our clients on our DWCA G.R.A.C.E model. We additionally, review any audit flags and ways to reduce financial risks.

All our clients received a detailed review “line by line” of their current tax situation with my recommendations for better financial success and risk reduction. My name is Denine Williams. I am the proud owner & business success advisor of DW Consulting Agency LLC. I am a certified CRMP (CRCMP), industry recognized “Financial Freedom” Advisor, Tax Professional and Public speaker with over 24 years of combined experience in Financial Services.
As a child growing up, in a single parent home, we often struggled with finances and understanding of “credit”. There was no representative of what financial success looked like let alone how to build a business or how to obtain personal or business financial freedom. Therefore, I succumbed to financial pitfalls, bad credit, excessive debt and just simply “living from paycheck to paycheck”.
To grow my greater purpose, I started my new journey. I want to empower other entrepreneurs to gain financial freedom. We teach entrepreneurs how to implement simple steps to better understand their personal and business financial health and to achieve financial freedom (without experiencing the pitfalls that “I did”).
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of gaining new clients are participating in face to face networking and public speaking events. Based on my trend analysis, 45-50% of my new clients have been obtained by meeting me in person or attending one of my speaking engagements.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Keeping in touch with my clients helps to grow my brand and loyalty is very important to me. I offer touch base meetings to ensure they never feel alone on their journey. During the on-boarding process, we ask our clients to opt-in or out, for continued communication beyond the tax season.
Additionally, we offer free tax & financial classes throughout the year. Our goal is to provide financial education to assist small businesses and new entrepreneurs on how to improve their financial business health. We believe by staying connected with our clients and communities, we are fostering our brand as a leader in the tax industry.
