Delisa, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of our favorite things to brainstorm about with friends who’ve built something entrepreneurial is what they would do differently if they were to start over today. Surely, there are things you’ve learned that would allow you to do it over faster, more efficiently. We’d love to hear how you would go about setting things up if you were starting over today, knowing everything that you already know.

If I were to start over today, I’d ask more questions before committing to working with other organizations and contractors. Being selective about who’s on my team and the results they can provide is a huge game-changer. However, my experience is worth its weight in gold.

Hi, I’m Delisa Abraham, a Board Advisor, Executive Leadership Development expert, Business coach, mentor, speaker, workshop facilitator and entrepreneur.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

Many books, videos, podcasts, etc., have impacted and influenced my leadership and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy.

The value I received from the resources I utilized catalyzed me to start my podcast and Live Series, where I interview Conscious Leaders positively transforming their industry. I also unpack leadership literature for entrepreneurs and executives to better understand and implement leadership material. I host a live LinkedIn/X/YouTube series on B2B collaborations and partnerships. I’m starting a Blessing Your Business series for entrepreneurs who want to align themselves on all levels to expand and reach new levels of success.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Building your business’s digital footprint is essential for growth and scaling. It took time for our business to find its stride; however, with consistency, an aligned team, strategy, persistence, and listening, our audience is an engaged community, and that is priceless.
