We recently connected with Deezy Hendo and have shared our conversation below.

Deezy , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear about the things you feel your parents did right and how those things have impacted your career and life.

Growing up as the only child my parents were kinda strict. I had to maintain certain grades, had curfews and remain overall well mannered and disciplined. I’m grateful for it because it carried over into my adulthood to help me stay focused and stay on top of my business.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I’m an independent hip hop artist & CEO of Rolling Stoned Ent. Deezy Hendo I’m originally from Gray Court South Carolina but recently have moved to Atlanta Georgia. I got into music once I graduated high school. I’ve always been a well known guy so I used my personality to the best of my advantage and constantly kept connecting with people through my music and clothing I’d drop. RSE recording artist/CEO and South Carolina native Deezy Hendo, started making music at the early age of 14. First off it started out as a hobby but then he started to gain attention and support from his local town by 20 and began to take his career a bit more seriously.

Soon after deciding to commit my life to music I realized my buzz was quickly growing. I have released a series of mixtapes on social media platforms titled “Fresh Out The Bag” and also released the single “I Wonder” along with a visual. I continued to improve and enhance my skills by performing at industry mixers across the southern part of the east coast alongside Rizzy Ralph, SnaxkBoy, Jer Z Boys & CookieBoi.

What’s next for Deezy Hendo? Although I’m still early in my career, I’m prepared for my future and hungry as ever. He has features from J.R. Donato (Taylor Gang) & Dimillio on my upcoming project & and getting ready for my first ever summer tour. I’ve got some acting chops I aspire to explore. We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Consistency! It may seem corny or annoying but it’s best to stay in the fans faces if you’re wanting to grow because if you don’t you’ll end up being another distant memory. Stay in their faces but be able to adjust and change it up from time to time.

Do you think there is something that non-creatives might struggle to understand about your journey as a creative? Maybe you can shed some light?

Everyone is not gonna see the same exact vision as you so it’s best to believe in yourself and keep executing your plans and goals.
