I am a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist and an advocate for substance abuse and mental health illness..

My main focus is Relapse Prevention by providing a variety of resources and techniques which help my clients create their own recovery plan.

My Substance Abuse Journey is my Testimony .

I share it with others as an example of victory over addiction.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy for growing my clientele is being open and honest. Sharing my addition experiences and sobriety choices/recovery techniques in a unshackled and freeing type of way. My mantra is “ Do Whatever It Takes To Remain Sober And Only You Know What That Is”

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

My Recovery Journey saved my life. I was in a very dark place for many years and did not see a way out. My faith propelled me to seek help for my alcoholism. I went through Intensive Outpatient Treatment and successfully began a life of sobriety enriched by recovery. I am 61 years old. I’ve been completely sober for 6 years with no regrets or relapse. My secret journey was exposed after 50 years of struggling with addiction and I now walk in victory.
