We recently connected with Deborah Myers and have shared our conversation below.
Deborah, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
The truth is, I didn’t so much come up with the idea as much as it unfolded—it was my calling revealing itself. When I became an empty nester, I finally had the space to turn inward and realized how often I had abandoned myself. I had spent years pushing down anger, worthlessness, and feelings of devaluation, born out of verbal, physical, and sexual abuse. Like many survivors, I had learned to silence myself.
I tried everything—counseling, rage rooms, self-care practices—and while each helped in pieces, something deeper was still calling me. The breakthrough came when I realized that my trauma did not define me. Instead, it became the fire that forged my strength. I could use my experiences not just to heal myself, but to walk beside others on their journeys. Not as someone who sees them as “broken,” but as someone who honors their story and reminds them of their sacred wholeness.
This work isn’t about logic—it’s about stepping outside of it. Healing, to me, means reconnecting with the sacredness within, reclaiming the voice that was muted, and remembering the soul’s original yearning. That’s why I created Sacred Journey Within Sessions and Sacred Rage Journeys: spaces where people can release, reclaim, and return to themselves in powerful, embodied ways.
I knew this work was worthwhile the first time I sat with women side by side and saw the transformation: women finding their voices, creating healthy boundaries, and standing firmly on foundations they built for themselves. Watching them shift from shame into sovereignty was my confirmation.
Each session is unique, because each soul is unique. Guided by my lived experience, my connection to Spirit, and deep intuitive listening, I meet clients exactly where they are. Together, we move through vulnerability, courage, grief, laughter, and joy—because healing isn’t only about releasing pain, it’s also about reclaiming the beauty of simply being.

Deborah, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am Deborah, a Sacred Disruptor and Shadow Dragon Rider, devoted to guiding others back to choice, truth, and love. My journey began long before I ever claimed the title of healer—my shamanic gifts of seeing, sensing, and moving energy have been with me since childhood. Over time, I learned to channel these gifts into a unique way of serving others through sacred ceremony, activations, transmissions, drumming, mediumship, and intuitive channeling.
What I offer is not a quick fix. Instead, I create profound containers for transformation—whether through one-on-one sessions, group journeys, or sacred rage ceremonies. I walk with my clients into the depths of their shadow, holding space as they unravel, release, and rise. This work helps them shed layers of conditioning, pain, and trauma that no longer serve, so they can reclaim their wholeness and sovereignty.
What sets me apart is the way I hold space—with raw truth, compassion, and sacred humor. I don’t bypass or sugarcoat. I see through the masks and meet people exactly where they are—whether they’re laughing, crying, screaming, or swearing. Every session is a sacred ceremony, crafted with intention and reverence, yet grounded in authenticity and love.
I am most proud of the countless moments when someone, after facing what felt impossible, discovers their light shining brighter than ever. Watching clients leave lighter, freer, and more fully themselves fuels everything I do.
For those who are drawn to my work, I want you to know this: you don’t have to walk your fire alone. I will be there, heart-to-heart, holding space for your full becoming. My brand and my work are about remembering who you are beneath the rubble—and walking beside you as you rise, whole and radiant.
We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
This work didn’t begin as a “side hustle” in the way many businesses do—it began as a personal healing journey. At first, it was about me finding tools to navigate my own trauma, reclaim my voice, and finally stop putting myself on the back burner. But as I stepped more fully into my own healing, I felt a deep pull to share what I was discovering with others.
The shift from personal practice to profession happened organically. Friends, then acquaintances, began asking me to guide them, to hold space for their own release and reclamation. What started as small, intimate sessions quickly grew into structured offerings: Sacred Journey Within Sessions and Sacred Rage Journeys. Each step was guided by both Spirit and the transformations I witnessed in those I worked with.
Key milestones came in the form of breakthroughs with clients: watching someone reclaim their voice after years of silence, witnessing women create boundaries they had never before been able to hold, or seeing shame and grief transmute into empowerment. Those moments affirmed that this was no longer just about me—it was a path I was meant to walk with others.
Now, this is not only my full-time work, but also my life’s work. It continues to evolve—every client, every session teaches me something new. The “scaling up” hasn’t been about numbers or metrics, but about depth: the depth of healing, the depth of connection, and the depth of transformation that happens when we choose to reclaim our sacred selves.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
One story that captures my resilience is rooted in the years I spent silencing myself. I had endured verbal, physical, and sexual abuse, and for a long time I believed the lie that my worth was tied to what I had survived. I pushed my feelings down, pretended to be fine, and kept going because that’s what I thought strength was.
The real test of resilience came later, when I finally chose to stop surviving and start living. It wasn’t one single moment, but a series of them: sitting in counseling sessions facing truths I had buried, releasing anger in ways that felt both terrifying and freeing, and standing in front of a mirror learning to look at myself without shame. Each time I felt like breaking, I reminded myself that the breaking was actually a doorway into becoming whole.
What makes this story one of resilience is not just that I got through it—but that I now use what nearly destroyed me as the foundation for my work. Turning pain into purpose is resilience. Today, when I guide others through their own Sacred Journey or Sacred Rage, I’m living proof that we are not defined by what was done to us. Instead, we can reclaim our power, our voice, and our joy.
