We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Deanne Panday. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Deanne below.
Deanne, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, let’s jump into one of the most exciting parts of starting a new firm – how did you get your first client who was not a friend or family?
I went to Australia to study a fitness & personal training course. On my return I got called my the Times group to train The Femina Miss India’s for the Miss Universe &Miss World pageant. That was my first job I got offered as a fitness expert & Trainer.

Deanne, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I started writing for publications & newspapers on health & fitness for over 10 years. That lead me to studying further in the field.I started my career training the Femina Miss India Pageant.Prior to that I used to do a lot of yoga & lifting weights since I was 13 years old.Fitness became my passion & I decided to spread the knowledge through my writing. What set me apart was I was always holistic with my approach.Didn’t believe in quick fixes, unnatural ways of weight loss or in dieting, fads.I believed in prevention rather than cure.I am most proud of the holistic & organic approach I chose to adopt & use it on my clients.Always took their medical history/tests prior to starting a programme.Believed in eating a well balanced meal according to there body type/history/age/genetics/gender.A very individual approach tailor made to what suites them most.Every workout is as unique as your fingerprint & so is your diet.I wrote three best selling books to educate people on the right approach to health & fitness as it was taking a wrong turn.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I started my social media at a time that very few were on it.Instagram attracted me as it was photos that told a story. And that’s how I see life & memories through pictures.I kept it very organic & didn’t give it too much thought on editing or planning it.If I felt a message on health had to be shared with the world.I would just put it out there. My goal driven was to motivate, educate, give knowledge to all out there on health & wellness through my page.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
The fact that I stayed true, real & honest about my work.the only way is to be holistic, organic in your approach to wellness.Chemical free, plastic free, toxin free.I promoted living in nature, getting a lot of VIT D,eating plants from soil that’ is pesticide free.I didn’t promote processed foods or promote any diet.Diets do not work.I explain why ?in my third book called Balance -13 ways to stay happy & healthy life long.I promoted sustainable living & a stress free environment.
