Any advice for managing a team?

Stress Management: Being an entrepreneur comes with its fair share of stress, and it’s essential to manage it effectively. I advocate for strategies like taking short breaks, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, achieving a work/life balance, and proper delegation. It’s also crucial to recognize when your team is under stress and provide them with the tools and support to manage it.
