I think it takes knowing what you want to achieve and having a clear path to get there is essential. A strong vision keeps you focused and motivated. Success is built through consistent effort over time. Discipline helps you stay on track, even when things get tough. The ability to adjust to changing circumstances, learn from failures, and pivot when necessary is crucial for long-term success. However, hard work and persistence are fundamental. Success rarely comes without putting in the effort.
Nevertheless, networking and cultivating positive relationships can open doors and provide support, resources, and new opportunities.

Hi! I’m DeAngelo Rogers from RogerThat Logistics,LLC. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I become an entrepreneur due to the fact of I wanted more for myself and to break the generational wealth curse in my family. I worked in the logistics industry for 15 years as a Director of operations to entry level labor worker in a warehouse. I always wanted to be my boss but didn’t have the funds or dedication yet. However, March of this year I took that leap of faith and started my own logistics company.

RogerThat Logistics, LLC is a dedicated local delivery service operating in the Southeast region of the U.S. We specialize in fast, reliable, and efficient logistics solutions, ensuring timely delivery of goods for businesses and individuals.
