We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dea Harris. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dea below.
Hi Dea, thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
There was a supply and demand for mobile services to supply healthy food to drivers in the commercial vehicles industry. Most foods were bought at gas stations. Most of their limitations were due to time and limited access to most restaurant facilities.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I’ve trained we’ll in my field to know what truly drives conversions, sold-out daily inventory —and it’s not mastering the marketing flavor of the week. It’s how well you connect with people that aides in communicating your understanding back to them to deliver a product that will keep their patronage.
In addition to my extensive Business Management Training for over 27 years and marketing experience, I am a trained business coach. In 2012 after serving 16 years with the Georgia Department of Revenue I started a Commercial Vehicle Company,: CTTS Logistics, that I owned and operated for 6 years in my hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. I wanted to start a business that helped my family. My son being diagnosed with an rare illness disease that lead to him being disabled and two daughters that were accepted to The University of Georgia on academics. CTTS Logistics birth Krassant Kaffe In July 2019. Krassnt Kaffe, who’s mission is to elevate the food experience to the next level. Our style of cooking is centered around layers of flavor. Our expert culinary chefs offer exquisite options that can be delivered right to your doorstep. Back in 2012 in a business where 5% of trucking companies where owned and operated by African American women, CTTS Logistics made up 1% of that statistic. This was the accomplishment I had made by dedicating my time to something meaningful, Ownership. During my 6 years as an owner I saw
an opportunity that could greatly benefit our trucker drivers; so in turn I started Krassant Kaffe where we offer southern cuisine at the benefit of being low calories as opposed to the usual unhealthy processed food most drivers are forced to partake. We offer fresh vegetables and , meats that are baked and grilled to perfection from a delivery service on a mission to spread honest health to all the transportation companies, owner-operators and households.
August 2022, something magnificent happened , I decide to start a new career path in healthcare while continuing to operate in the catering mobile food service part-time. I wanted to help make a difference being resourceful for their healthcare needs. I enrolled into Woodruff Medical and working as a healthcare professional fulltime caring for retired Veterans. I wanted to add an additional career where I can make a BIG difference in the world and to my family. I like meeting new people, learning from them and treating patients is a great way to do that. God has allowed me to experience so many endeavors. I plan to continue soaring to my highest self while steadily making a difference along the way securing generational wealth and establishing a legacy. The rest of my free time, I use to improve my catering crafting skills, work on home renovation projects, and volunteering. I also love capturing special moments whether mines or others on camera to cherish those memories for years to come. I am long-time believer of the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
First, it was imperative and most important to recognize where your “reputation” comes from. Although we often think of a reputation as an earned consequence of the actions we take, that isn’t always the case. Instead, my reputation merely came as a result of what other people thought of me and the quality of my services. My business was built on repeat customers and word of mouth. If you want your reputation to take hold, you’ll need a strong “core” around which to build. People trust me to deliver consistency. That was my operational headquarters and the foundation on which you build everything else.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
The key to successful customer service is to interact with your patrons regularly.
Those things consisted of:
Tracking interaction, sending personal thank you notes, sharing resources, and asking for feedback.
