Dawn M. , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
As my life might have seemed perfect from the outside, many major life changes were forced upon me over the last few years- and I was faced with a decision:
I could blame my circumstances -OR-use them as building blocks and keep climbing.
I chose the latter.
My mission is to keep moving forward and continue building, with a positive mindset and a smile, because failure is simply not an option.

Dawn M. , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I entered into the real estate industry as a Realtor and Relocation Consultant, after a terribly disappointing experience with my own home.
Years ago, my family was facing a life change, which required the sale of our home: we needed a professional who would take the time to understand our situation and guide us accordingly. Unfortunately, ours lacked compassion and empathy during a difficult time, which left us feeling hopeless and overwhelmed. .
I knew in my heart that I could do better-
That I would always treat others with a naturally nurturing spirit and aim to add value to their lives, while investing in them… learning their ‘why’ so I could serve them to the best of my ability.
With a fire in my soul and a passion to serve others, I began this journey in 2017.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients has been past clients-
Ensuring that my clients know that they are truly cared for – and that that level of care extends beyond the transaction – has facilitated wonderful relationships, which has generated new clients, by way of referrals.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Real estate is much more than just a business transaction- it‘s a momentous occasion in one’s life and should be treated as such!
In order to provide the best possible experience for my clients, It is extremely important that I listen to them, and learn from them, and connect with them on a personal level.
My clients know they can count on me-
whatever it is.. whatever they need, I will be there with a smile and a ‘roll-up-my-sleeves-and-get-it-done’ attitude.
