Growing up as the sixth of eight boys in the Bay Area was nothing short of an adventure. I truly believe I had the best childhood imaginable, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a sense of belonging. A huge part of that was due to my parents, who were deeply involved and respected figures in our community. My Dad, especially, was a force – as the President of Youth Sports in the North Bay, he shaped the lives of countless kids, including mine. I have so many fond memories of traveling with him, listening to him speak with passion and conviction, and witnessing firsthand the positive impact he had on so many. Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a strong role model, and I’m humbled to carry on his legacy, feeling like he’s now passed the mantle of leadership onto me.

The journey has been far from easy, a road paved with trials that tested the very core of my being. A devastating strike of lightning in 1999 left me with severe trauma and a head injury, a literal jolt that altered the course of my life. There were times spent traveling to different states, lured by the promise of compensation for my efforts, only to be met with empty hands and broken assurances. Yet, through it all, I persevere. I serve not for earthly reward, but because it is a calling etched upon my heart, a purpose divinely instilled. As a follower of Christ, my journey begins and ends with Him; He is the compass guiding my steps. Though the path may be arduous, I will run the race set before me with faith, determination, and unwavering hope, knowing that the ultimate prize awaits.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

My market is people, a dynamic and often unpredictable landscape. Motivating individuals to take action can feel like herding cats, a constant challenge demanding patience and strategic effort. My approach hinges on consistent engagement: a steady stream of emails, proactive phone calls, and unwavering faith. My calling is to ignite the champion within, to inspire individuals to reach their full potential. To achieve this, I must cultivate understanding, guiding people to recognize the value and effectiveness of my offerings. Persistence is paramount; I refuse to give up, relentlessly pursuing opportunities to empower others.
