David S., appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I have been pastoring for 35 years During Covid while many thing were shut down I went to local businesses and told them that I could help develop their leaders for their company create up better work environment, where people didn’t have to go to work. They wanted to go back to work.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Through personal development, I moved from a producer to a developer learning to make the transition from doing everything myself to building a team around me. Teamwork makes the dream work and by adding value to others and empowering others the business begin. I’ve gone to local businesses and now corporate Businesses And loyal to the owners and train their people for them to be more efficient and effective and production increases when people have a healthy leadership culture
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I surrounded myself with quality people became part of BNI also join the Rotarians and the Lions club have served the many capacities in our city and networking network To help them follow their dream
