Alright, David thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard

Yes there is. Most of the people we work with just treat all clients the same and in our chauffeuring business you need to put the clients interest at heart. For instance like buying water, the daily newspaper and also making sure that they have WIFI readily available.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

Our company is called Avant Xclusive we deal with transport and also provide security for our clients where necessary. Personally I love this job because I find satisfaction in hearing that the clients are happy. I was introduced to this profession by a friend of mine who was doing it a couple of years and I have ever since learnt from him and also tried and upgrade because things are changing with time. So we have to keep up with the current trends such as fashion, and also cars.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Being honest is one of the most important trades in my line of work and also punctuality, being decent and having good morals. Some of people don’t really care about the client because to them it’s just an ordinary job but that’s not the case with me because I like to research about my client and get to know what he likes do as to make his ride more pleasant and memorable.
Professionalism is key.

Currently my website is not yet live because of some few corrections that are being made. Most of my clients we keep in touch via email and social media platforms like WhatsApp which is more common and mostly used.
