We were lucky to catch up with David Anthony recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi David, thanks for joining us today. One of our favorite things to hear about is stories around the nicest thing someone has done for someone else – what’s the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

This testimony is all because God Ordered the Steps of the those who’s hearts were turned towards him. in 2022-2024 I was dealing with extreme medical issues.

When I was recovering from Strokes, Seizures, brain bleeding, and in a Coma, there God ordered the steps of a strong gifted circle of individuals that never stoped praying and believing in my healing. I woke up from the coma (doctors thought I wasn’t going to make it) God said get up there is more for you to do. Throughout my healing process. there were people who stepped up to be vessels to do God’s work. Spiritually, Financially, Emotionally, and never left my side. I’m grateful for the level of love and support I was and still am receiving from those friends and family whose love and dedication to my recovery never wavered. I’m still here because of God’s Grace, yet because of the love of others. My life is richer. This is a shout out to all of you who were there unapologetically, & in Gods true Authenticity. As I celebrate my RENEWED LIFE, I celebrate the goodness of God and your Loyalty to my continued healing.

David, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My Name is David Anthony and the name of my business, is David Anthony Image Consulting. My services include personal and professional Wardrobe styling, personal shopping, wardrobe closet makeovers, Image consulting, and all things fashion.

I got started in NYC where I was a personal shopper and stylist for clients I was doing events for and for the owner of the entertainment company I was working at. once i moved to the ATL i started the business under the name Nuvizions INTL (rebranded to the current name in 2018). I started producing fashion shows, The F.A.B EVENT (FASHION AGAINST BULLYING) with help from 3 amazing individuals i was given support to further my dream of styling others to new heights. I took on Models and other individuals as clients and took courses on Social media Branding, and expanded my level of creativity and services. to now offer content creating.

It has been a journey full of ups and downs. Filled with surprises and coming to understand who my clients are and that my price is my price. I had to learn my worth as a Image consultant through trials, through being mindful of my client base and who I aligned myself with on a business level.

My foundation is Faith, It starts with Faith, then Vision, and Ends in Perfect fashion. My goal is to bring out your true “STYLE IDENTITY” that fits your personal and professional Style life. Helping you to be the Authentically stylish individual that will help take you and your brand to new heights.

it has not been easy yet it sure is worth it. to see the outcome and the smiles on the faces of clients is all worth it.

After being i’ll for almost years not able to walk, talk use my motor skills and was on a feeding tube living a transitional facility for a year and a half, while iI was learning how do everything all over again. I had to shut down the business. Yet as i was healing I was blessed with tools to help me focus on staying creative and keeping my mind focused on never giving up. My doctors and friends have said there is a Godly level of resilience embedded inside of me that would not let me settle based on the circumstances. I’m Walking, Talking, Writing, No Feeding Tube. David Anthony Image Consulting is back and renewed and waiting to see how God uses me to enhance your “STYLE IDENTITY”

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

The Goals and Missions driving creativity are Spiritually based. I believe that I’m called to Fashion and entertainment to be impactful, to make a difference in the lives of those I’m called to and who are called to me. One of my mission statements is How are we keeping or FAITH IN FASHION. Meaning are wearing garments of sadness, grief, depression, hate, anger or other negative and hurtful garments or are we walking in our Authority. We can get up dress up and show up dressed in FAITH and in our truth.
