We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dave Weber . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dave below.
Dave, appreciate you joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
My defining moment has got to be when I first discovered that I really cared about other people’s health and well-being. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when I was 15. I was able to keep inflammation down part of the time with drugs, but I got to the point of needing hospitalization to stabilize my condition. When I was ready to be released, my health suddenly turned for the very worse and I was hemorrhaging. I had to undergo an emergency surgery for the removal of most of my large intestine. I was spared to keep my life thanks to diligent nurses and doctors. Despite feeling like a weak person, I determined to fix my life and get going with nursing because what better way of giving back to those heros than to become one. Partly through college I found that nursing really wasn’t my answer, but my wife, Kimberly Sechser, had one.
When we were dating, Kimberly recommended I receive my first foot zone, and boy did it help me! My digestive system, which was quite sensitive since the surgery, felt much better! I loved the 1:1 interaction with the foot zoner too. Years later it finally clicked that that is what I needed to do. That’s what God needed me to do.
I foot zone because I want individuals to be healed of their various ailments. I want them to know how magnificent they really are, despite their current circumstances. I found out for myself that feeling weak and insignificant because of my health problems was false, and that I have true power and potential in this world. I want to share with everyone that they have significance and can overcome health problems through foot zoning.

Dave, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have been practicing foot zoning for over 4 years. In October of 2018, my wife and I were living in Grace, ID and we had struggles, especially financial ones. We found out that a foot zoning course was just starting and we felt like I should take it. It’s as if God shut off the “financial worries” button in our brains. I took the 5-month long class at the School of Zone Restoration in Lewiston, UT. Jeanne Harold, Master Foot Zoneologist, trained me in the alternative medicine practices of this ancient modality. It is a technique that, by stimulating the invisible map of the body through working on the feet, we see can boost the body’s natural rhythm and flow. It balances the body to perform the way it should and supports the natural healing processes.
With hindsight, we are tremendously grateful for that prompting. I’ve seen many people’s lives, including mine and my wife’s, greatly blessed with improved health. I am always in “learning mode” so I can assist a great variety of ailments. I offer foot zones which are 90 minutes, ionic foot cleanses (30 minutes)—it’s a device that pulls toxins out of the body through the feet—and Rezzimax Tuner Pro treatments (15 minutes)—which uses vibrational resonance to wake up the all-important vagus nerve to help the body get into a rest & digest state to help people heal. In addition, I also offer herbal support through educating my clients about herbs and their use. If you have an autoimmune disease, neuropathy, migraines, anxiety or depression, menstrual irregularities, insomnia, allergies, or other concerns, then “Start Your Health Off On The Right Foot” with Dave Weber’s Foot Zoning!

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
For what I do, I think a great dose of positivite thinking and good health is critical for success. Be diligent with positive thoughts about this work. Foot zoning has not been easy at the get-go for me. There are callused knuckles to develop, which is a painful process. If there are week-long gaps where you’re not zoning, you need to be aware of your calluses breaking down. So either zone yourself or rub the knuckles on your pants. You also need to positively prepare for each zone by mentally blocking negative emotions and baggage that may try to latch onto you from a client. Be positive about the healing of your client—have a smile, a friendly countenance, and be optimistic about their body’s innate ability to heal. Lastly, be healthy and health-caring for yourself as the healer—need I say more?

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The number one thing for me has got to be Google My Business (GMB). Over the years I’ve asked my clients how they came across my business and it’s mostly been through GMB. They usually search the web for something like—”natural health practitioner in Ogden”. In a way, GMB is like having any other social media. I post pictures, interesting health trivia, and herbal applications. I encourage my clients to leave reviews as well. Client testimonials in GBM have proven to tilt-the-odds for prospective clients in choosing me as their foot zoner. Most people want reassurance that they’re coming to someone who knows what they’re doing. I can honestly report that GMB has been the best thing that has grown my clientele; and I am forever grateful!
